A reboot TV anime series for Shaman King by Hiroyuki Takei has been announced for April 2021!
Shaman King is a story that resolves around Yoh Asakura, the main protagonist. The manga was serialized on Weekly Shonen Jump (Shueisha) from 1998 to 2004 and was released in 32 volumes altogether. The new series, SHAMAN KING THE SUPER STAR is currently being serialized on Shonen Magazine Edge (Kodansha).
It has been revealed that the new TV anime series will cover the whole 35 volumes, from beginning to end. A special promotional video reflecting Shaman King’s history has also been released.
