Kemono Friends 3 Project in Production |

On a Kemono Friends 2 anime pre-broadcast event which was held on 12th January, the Kemono Friends Project team have revealed their latest work, Kemono Friends 3. This time, it will not be an anime, but a smartphone and arcade game project.

Kemono Friends 3 is a joint production by the Kemono Friends Project team and Sega Group. It will focus mainly on two versions of the game – smartphone application “Kemono Friends 3” and arcade version “Kemono Friends 3: Planet Tours”. The arcade version will make its debut at Japan Amusement Expo (JAEPO) 2019.

Upon achieving 10,000 pre-registrations for the mobile application, Sega has announced on 16th January the start of the production of Kemono Friends 3 original short anime. It has also been revealed that there will be another announcement once pre-registration numbers hit 15,000.

Along with the announcement, Yuka Ozaki, the voice of Serval has expressed her excitement through a message to the fans: “I can’t wait to try out Kemono Friends 3! My fellow Friends, let’s have a blast with the game, along with the anime!”

The smartphone application “Kemono Friends 3”, arcade game “Kemono Friends 3: Planet Tours” and Kemono Friends 3 original short anime are currently in production. More details are to be announced in the future.

Kemono Friends airs/streams TUEs 02:35 [01:35 id/th] on ANIPLUS Asia in Southeast Asia.

Encore broadcasts include TUEs 23:00 [22:00], WEDs 18:00 [17:00] and SUNs 21:00 [20:00].
