Hajime Aono has been called a prodigy since he actively participated in competitions under his father, a world-renowned violinist. After giving up on the violin, his passion rekindles when he meets Ritsuko Akine in the autumn of his 3rd year in middle school. Aono and Akine enroll in Umimaku High School’s orchestra club, where the students create music while carrying different worries amidst rigorous training.
