CCG launches a new Quinx unit “Oggai”, a group of ghouls from the hands of newly-appointed bureau director Furuta. Kaneki fights together with Goat members, in an attempt to help as many ghouls as possible, but is unable to save all of them. Kaneki takes a break at the coffee shop “:re”, and is taken aback when Toka suddenly confesses to him. Just then, Toru Mitsuki shows up. What will she do to take back Kaneki from Toka?
