Anime became a medium for me to express myself better. It opened my imagination to limitless possibilities. In rough times, it became my brief escape from reality. I'd spend time just imagining different adventures and different stories. Sometimes I would imagine, "if this happened to my favorite anime character... what would he/she do?" that would get me back on track. My love for anime also started me in writing fan-fictons, I'd spend time writing stories on what could be and loose myself in reading different stories coming from different people as well.
