The story is set in the year 20XX, "Neo Tokyo". Youths who lost hope in society set out on a journey to find themselves, thus forming "Tribes". The feud between the Tribes intensifies. The Neo-Tokyo government enforced the "XB Law", forcing Tribes to battle strictly through extreme baseball to appease the chaos.
Throwing, batting, and exchanging blows, these youths put their pride on the line in this arduous game.
