The year is 2205. The "historical revisionists" have begun attacks on the past in their plot to change history. The Saniwa, who have been charged with protecting history, can imbue life into objects. Strongest among these are the Touken Danshi. The story revolves around their cheerful lives.

The uchigatana that is said to have been used by Shinsengumi's Okita Souji. Similar to Kashuu Kiyomitsu, he is tricky to use and selective with his users. It is said that because of this, his price was cheap.
The uchigatana that is said to have been used by Shinsengumi's Okita Souji. A tachi crafted by Munechika Sanjo, a swordsmith from the Heian period.
He is said to be the most beautiful blade out of the five great swords of Japan. His appearance is also as elegant as a Heian aristocrat would be. To put it nicely, he is a big-hearted man, but in truth, he is just extremely laid-back.
