This is my cool Kougami Shinya cosplay photo from Psycho-Pass season 1 in AFA Singapore 2014. I am a big fan of Psycho-Pass series and the most favourite character in Psycho-Pass is the enforcer, Kougami Shinya. This is because he believes the meaning of justice is not measurable by Sibyl system and everyone has their own meaning of justice.
