She has the ability to use mysterious arts and will accept any favor asked of her, whether it is to find something lost or to curse someone to death.
The current emperor, Koshun, visits her one night to ask a favor. Their encounter will unravel a secret that will turn history on its head...

Ishiha, a eunuch from the Flying Swallow Palace, drops by the Daybreak Palace. He had seen the ghost of a child with a blue swallow feather in hand, and requests that Jusetsu saves him. During their investigation, Jusetsu and Jiu-jiu find Ishiha getting beat up by senior eunuchs, and Jusetsu interferes. Koran, Ishiha’s master, trembles in fear after seeing the beast in Jusetsu’s eyes.
