About Genshin Impact Reservations
How can I make a reservation?
Reservations for the Genshin Impact event will begin on 25 November, at 12noon.
Reservations can only be made online via our website – we will not be taking reservations by phone.
You do not need to make any payment for menu items when you reserve for the Genshin Impact event.
For the Genshin Impact event, can we dine in as more than 2 pax?
Yes. When you make your reservation, you will be able to select your group size.
We are opening up tables to accommodate groups of 3-5pax, but please note that these tables are limited due to seating plan restrictions. If the tables for 3-5pax are fully booked, you may wish to split up and book for 1-2pax instead.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
– Any changes or cancellation should be made by 24 hours prior to your booking time. Please kindly contact us via email at anipluscafe.sg@gmail.com for any enquiries.
– No-show customers will not be able to make further reservations.
– To prevent individuals from abusing the system, customers who make 3 or more cancellations for the Genshin Impact event will not be able to make further reservations.
About Genshin Impact Merchandise Sales
How to qualify?
Merchandise purchase will only be available to customers who purchase at least SGD14 per pax from the collaboration menu.
Please show your F&B or takeaway receipt at the merchandise counter for verification. Receipts are only valid for same-day purchase.
When can I buy merchandise?
Merchandise will be restocked daily – when the store opens at 12 noon, from 3 to 14 Dec – as requested by the organiser.
You may purchase merchandise during your dine-in slot or pre-order takeaway collection slot.
How many merchandise items can I buy?
You can only purchase one piece of merchandise of the same style, and each person can purchase up to 5 pieces of merchandise in total.
All merchandise items are while stocks last.
Do I need to make a reservation? Are walk-ins available?
The event operates on reservations & pre-order basis only. Walk-in customers will not be accepted, to better control & regulate the crowd in the store. We seek your understanding and cooperation on the matter.
About Menu Free Gifts
When you fulfil a minimum spend of SGD14 on the collab menu, you will receive a set of free gifts, which includes:
- 1 x Postcard
- 1 x Coaster (Random, out of 3 designs)
- 1 x Sticker Set
Each person may receive up to 1 set of free gifts per day.
For example, if you visit as 2 pax, please fulfil the minimum spend of SGD28 for 2 sets of free gifts.
Will there be a theme-specific menu for the Genshin Impact event?

Is the cafe certified halal?
Our cafe is not certified halal, but all of our food and drinks do not contain pork, lard or alcohol.
Do I have to be vaccinated to dine in?
In compliance with the Singapore Government’s latest safe management measures, all visitors have to be fully vaccinated to dine in. You will be asked to verify your vaccination status upon entry to the café.
If you are not fully vaccinated, you will be allowed to dine-in under the following conditions:
i. You have a valid negative PET result. (within 24 hours of your visit to ANIPLUS cafe)
ii. You are 12 years old and below, and accompanied by another individual from the same household, who is fully vaccinated.

Can I visit the store just to purchase merchandise?
No. Merchandise purchase will only be available to customers who purchase at least SGD14 from the collaboration menu.
Can I takeaway food and drinks?
Can I purchase merchandise if I pre-order takeaway?
[For the Genshin Impact event]
Yes, you may proceed to purchase merchandise when you arrive at the store for takeaway food collection. Same minimum spend of SGD14 on collab menu applies.
Please show your F&B receipt at the merchandise counter for easy verification.
Please also note that you will only be able to enter the store at your collection time.
Will I be able to collect the free souvenirs if I pre-order to takeaway?
Yes, you will be entitled to the same souvenir benefits as dine-in customers if you fulfill the minimum spend of SGD14 on the collaboration menu.
Each takeaway order will come with up to 1 set of menu gifts.
About Reservations
- Please note that reservations for the 3 themes will begin on the following dates:
- Honkai Impact 3rd – 28 October 2021
- Tears of Themis – 15 November 2021
- Genshin Impact – 25 November 2021
- The café will secure your table reservation for up to 15 minutes from the reservation time, before releasing it for use by other customers. Please arrive promptly for your reserved time slot.
- Reservations should be made at least one day in advance.
- Your dining duration with the café is limited to 1 hour to ensure an enjoyable experience for all customers.
- Notes stating an alternative timing will not be accommodated.
- Any changes or cancellation should be made by 24 hours prior to your booking time. Please kindly email us at anipluscafe.sg@gmail.com for any enquiries.
- Please note that no-show customers will not be able to make further reservations.
About Pre-order Takeaway
- Self-collection is to be done at ANIPLUS café.
- Your order can only be collected on the date and time as specified in the form submission. Please arrive in time for collection.
- The presentation of food may differ from the photos due to the use of takeaway packaging. We seek your kind understanding on the matter.
- Customers who join the pre-order takeaway will be entitled to the same premium benefits as dine-in customers.
- Any changes or cancellations of takeaway orders is strictly not allowed, after payment is completed. Please check your details before submitting the form and making payment.
